Event Manager – Incentive Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the management and execution of designated virtual or in-person event projects and/or focus areas.

• Strategically plan and organize tasks utilizing standard processes and procedures to ensure client satisfaction.

• Oversee project timelines and manage logistical components.

• Engage in both internal and external meetings and calls with key stakeholders.

• Create and disseminate communications effectively.

• Oversee the event registration process.

• Identify and escalate any potential client or project issues to management and the account team.

• Provide project insights through the summarization and distribution of project debrief notes.

• Collaborate with supplier partners alongside internal support teams.

• Navigate various technology platforms and data-sharing tools efficiently.

• Ensure accurate reporting and data management.

• Maintain financial accountability and manage project budgets assigned to you.

• Assist with the daily requirements of the Travel and Events team.

• Carry out additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Event Management, including meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and incentives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated skills in project management and financial management.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and/or to be onsite for assigned projects.
