Event Manager – Career Change Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Make calls to pre-qualify potential customers

• Demonstrate effective calling and appointment-setting skills

• Review calls and offer constructive feedback

• Onboard and mentor new team members

• Act as the team's primary contact and ensure accountability

• Track KPIs and develop actionable strategies

• Independently manage and expand the remote team

• Participate in interviews to aid in team growth

• Collaborate directly with the Head of Production

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in events, event management, event organization, promotions, or hospitality and hotel events

• Quick-thinking, upbeat, and enthusiastic on the phone

• Assertive yet compassionate demeanor

• Reflective, proactive, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance indicators

• Proficient in the German language

• Quiet home office with a reliable internet connection

• Availability of 30–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

• Willingness to regularly make outbound calls to prospects

• Leadership experience is not mandatory; training will be provided
