Event Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of executive event programming, which includes session creation, speaker preparation, presentation evaluations, rehearsals, show flow management, and on-site execution for flagship events.

• Collaborate with executives, external speakers, production agencies, and cross-departmental teams within Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Creative, Executive Communications, Legal, and Events.

• Handle speaker relationships, contracts, logistics, communications, studio/virtual content capture, and technical production across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Lead project timelines, proactively identify and address risks, assist with live event troubleshooting, and assess program effectiveness.

• Enhance future events informed by measurements of program effectiveness.

• Develop engaging event content and presentations while maintaining a high level of detail and effective storytelling.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in producing live, virtual, or hybrid event content and managing projects from the planning stages to execution.

• At least 4 years of experience working directly with senior executives, clients, or external speakers.

• Proficient project management, executive communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills across various functions.

• Preferred experience with keynote development, executive presentations, conference programming, production agencies, and technical event teams.

• Excellent project management abilities with a preference for candidates who can independently navigate complex initiatives from concept to execution.

• Strong storytelling capabilities and experience in creating audience-centric event content are preferred.

• Comfort in partnering with senior executives and effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders is preferred.

• Some travel may be necessary for on-site event management, coordination, and execution.
