Evaluation Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, model, populate, and keep reports and dashboards updated in Power BI

• Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly, functional, and aligned with departmental metrics, concentrating on ENADE, Avaliar, and Census results

• Calculate, consolidate, and oversee both internal and external quality indicators

• Extract, process, cross-reference, and verify data from corporate and external sources

• Maintain the quality, integrity, and reliability of information

• Organize analyses and monitoring views for processes, units, and learning centers

• Provide analytical assistance for regulatory and operational needs

• Create and sustain indicator dashboards in Power BI

• Automate routines and track institutional and regulatory metrics

• Facilitate decision-making on matters related to ENADE, the Higher Education Census, and Institutional Assessment

• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a relevant field

• Intermediate understanding of databases, particularly SQL

• Programming skills, preferably in Python

• Advanced expertise in Power BI and Excel for developing analyses and dashboards

• Intermediate English proficiency is an advantage

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

• Organized and self-sufficient in managing activities

• Results-driven attitude

• Capability to resolve problems and suggest enhancements
