ETRM Program Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Enhance First Hawaiian Bank’s Enterprise Third-party Risk Management (ETRM) program.

• Develop, implement, support, and improve third-party risk management processes and tools.

• Provide training to business units on established program requirements and compliance.

• Aid in the creation and delivery of timely reports, summaries, and analytics for management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, risk management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in third-party risk management, or a combination of equivalent education and experience is required.

• Preference for experience in a technical field, risk management, banking, third-party risk management, or similar roles.

• Preferred experience in planning, preparing, coordinating, and delivering training for software and/or procedures.

• Familiarity with risk management tools and protocols in financial institutions is preferred.

• Proven experience in assisting business units with program procedures and tools.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with peers, colleagues, and management.

• Working knowledge of program policies, standards, procedures, and controls.

• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proven ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively, ensuring timely and quality results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Handles confidential information with discretion.

• High attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy needed for quality deliverables.

• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.

• Proficient in system troubleshooting, configuration, and user support, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

• Must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
