This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a knowledgeable representative for Virtus ETFs, specializing in equity and multi-asset strategies.
• Articulate the investment rationale, portfolio roles, positioning, performance factors, and pertinent market context.
• Provide support for strategy and project initiatives, which include marketing materials, macroeconomic research, and investment commentaries.
• Strengthen positioning with due diligence teams, investment decision-makers, and key intermediary influencers.
• Collaborate with wholesalers, national accounts, and ETF specialists.
• Organize field activities when appropriate.
• Assist in identifying, developing, and enhancing new business opportunities and partnerships within the RIA and insurance broker-dealer sectors.
• Concentrate on opportunities in both proprietary and third-party model marketplaces.
• Build lasting relationships throughout the wider Virtus investment platform.
• Relay investor and intermediary insights to senior management.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for both internal and external audiences.
• Represent Virtus at industry conferences and national sales meetings.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time across the United States.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or asset management distribution is required.
• Proven experience in the RIA channel is essential.
• Familiarity with how RIAs assess, select, and apply investment strategies in client portfolios.
• Strong investment acumen is necessary.
• Possession of consultative sales skills.
• Capability to clearly communicate investment concepts to sophisticated intermediary audiences.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across distribution, marketing, product, investment, legal, and compliance teams.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
• Willingness to travel opportunistically throughout the United States.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card holder) is required.
