ETF Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main ETF subject matter expert for distribution teams.

• Engage in client meetings and presentations across both retail and institutional channels.

• Design and deliver presentations and communications to advisors, both in groups and individually.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Generate and integrate data into scorecards that assess team activity and performance metrics.

• Provide recommendations to influence strategic growth direction.

• Conduct training sessions for both internal and client stakeholders on ETF mechanics, market landscape, and Nomura’s capabilities.

• Collaborate with teams from sales, marketing, product, capital markets, operations, compliance, and investment.

• Expand the business by establishing and enhancing client relationships.

• Convey client insights to the product team to inform product roadmap strategy.

• Keep abreast of ETF industry trends and produce commentary, insights, and thought leadership.

• Travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in financial services.

• Extensive experience within the ETF industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with the wealth distribution sector, particularly with RIAs.

• Profound understanding of financial markets and investment products.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong ability to analyze data to synthesize and drive results.

• MBA, CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or CFP designations are advantageous.

• Travel will be required.
