Estonian Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the model regarding language scenarios.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the logical consistency of the outputs.

• Document reproducible error traces for further analysis.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Test advanced language models on topics related to the Estonian language.

• Record instances of model failure to enhance reasoning capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Estonian language is essential.

• In-depth understanding of Estonian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.

• Capability to analyze verb conjugations, case inflections, vowel harmony, sentence structures, and both formal and informal registers, including regional dialects and the Estonian writing system.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills—“demonstrating your thought process”.

• A master’s degree or PhD in Estonian language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience in publishing peer-reviewed articles, teaching, or conducting hands-on linguistic analysis projects is advantageous.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection is required.
