Estimator – Door Hardware, Ironmongery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Estimator in preparing precise and timely live and tender quotations.

• Develop and maintain schedules utilizing the company’s scheduling system.

• Promptly address customer inquiries and requests for further information.

• Source products and manage sample requests for clients.

• Aid in negotiations to secure competitive pricing whenever suitable.

• Ensure that quotations are accurate, comprehensive, and in alignment with customer specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Estimator and internal teams to provide outstanding customer service.

• Keep thorough records of quotations, schedules, and customer interactions.

• Work alongside the internal team to guarantee timely service delivery to clients and meet client expectations.

• Maintain a maximum turnaround time of 12 hours for quotations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in architectural ironmongery or a related construction/building products sector.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willing to learn new systems.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Product sourcing and negotiation skills are a plus.

• Customer service-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time.
