Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assess, recognize, and qualify estimate requests within Wrike.

• Build and sustain relationships with vendors.

• Solicit and review pricing from vendors.

• Analyze project specifications and bid packages.

• Submit RFIs and review addenda.

• Conduct scope reviews and confirm scopes with general contractors.

• Determine completion dates, liquidated damages, taxes, wage rates, and project budgets.

• Input estimates into ProEst.

• Confirm bid bond requirements and values.

• Execute project take-offs and quantify scopes of work.

• Identify requirements for subcontractor and high-lead-time quotes.

• Request quotes for freight, graphics, turf removal/installation, shock pad, and subcontractor services.

• Develop draft estimates for team evaluation.

• Review quotes from vendors and subcontractors to ensure bid scope accuracy.

• Validate tax information and wage rates.

• Create final estimates and confirm margins with the Sales Team.

• Compile complete bid packages and proposals.

• Request samples as necessary.

• Revise project estimates as directed by owners, generating a new ProEst estimate for each modification.

• Ensure that Wrike job folder details align with the ProEst estimate prior to handoff to Operations.

• Generate billable change orders based on construction documents.

• Engage in weekly bid reviews with the Project Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• High School diploma/GED is required.

• Over 10 years of experience.

• Certified Field Builder license.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel.

• Work location: Northwest & Great Lakes.
