Estimating – Tender Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the estimating team by conducting material take-offs from architectural drawings.

• Calculate quantities and prepare detailed bills of quantities.

• Aid in the preparation and submission of tenders.

• Create supplier RFQs and liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing information and commercial clarifications.

• Support scope reviews and maintain document control.

• Handle a high-volume workload, managing approximately 20 to 30 projects each month.

• Execute urgent and time-sensitive tender submissions with quick turnaround times.

• Assist in commercial projects related to façade systems, aluminum works, and architectural metal components like louvers and handrails.

• Gradually support end-to-end estimating processes with a potential pathway to full estimator responsibilities.

• Contribute to improving output efficiency and tender performance metrics, focusing on volume, consistency, and commercial accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or similar technical positions.

• Proven experience in the construction, fit-out, glass, façade, or architectural/metal fabrication sectors.

• Strong expertise in quantity take-offs and material estimates for both residential and commercial projects.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam; a working knowledge of AutoCAD is also acceptable.

• Advanced Excel skills necessary for estimating, measurements, and cost analysis.

• Experience in tendering, cost planning, and construction documentation.

• Ability to accurately interpret architectural and engineering blueprints.

• Detail-oriented with robust analytical and numerical skills.

• Availability for work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila/Perth time.
