📋 Description

• Oversee estate planning matters and offer tailored legal advice to individuals, families, and business owners.

• Prepare and provide counsel on wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate planning approaches.

• Cultivate and enhance existing client relationships.

• Recognize opportunities for practice expansion.

• Create legal strategies to assist clients in asset protection and future planning.

• Work alongside other attorneys on intricate legal issues and client requirements.

• Play a role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the estate planning practice.

• Provide outstanding client service while upholding high legal standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning.

• Established and transferable book of business valued at over $350,000.

• Robust background in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and client counsel.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Capability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
