This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Install equipment.

• Provide technical assistance requested by the client.

• Timely calibrate tools and measuring devices.

• Utilize service tools provided by the corporation.

• Complete training and certifications.

• Escalate issues promptly.

• Respond to alerts and conduct proactive visits.

• Close tickets in the system.

• Verify expenses.

• Update the dispatcher on the status of services rendered.

• Timely download spare parts according to the service order.

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of service records, especially test and inspection results.

• Set deadlines for installations and both corrective and preventive maintenance.

• Attend to a specific client assignment or an entire region.

• Provide specialized technical support to the Diagnostic Division for diagnostic analyzers in accordance with global standards and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Electronic, Biomedical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluent in English (80% spoken, 80% written and reading).

• 1 year and 6 months of experience in technical service for medical equipment and clinical diagnostic laboratory, Hematology, and Immunology.

• Experience providing preventive and corrective maintenance service.

• Willingness to travel (80%).

• Availability for flexible hours.

• Willingness to be on call during weekends.

• Advanced knowledge in Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, and Hematology lines, and their respective analyzer models.
