Escrow Analysis Specialist – I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to ensure compliance with internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA)

• Address escalated loan-level concerns and offer departmental research support for intricate issues

• Assist with client inquiries and collaborate with various departments

• Coordinate with management to guarantee timely and accurate completion of internal and external audits

• Conduct individual escrow analyses as requested by other departments

• Examine mass analyses for discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely evaluations in accordance with RESPA requirements

• Complete tasks within established SLAs

• Record, communicate, and implement updates to policies and procedures alongside the Manager

• Recognize opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency

• Execute responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and relevant laws and regulations

• Finish required training courses promptly

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is mandatory

• Competence to read and understand simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos

• Proficiency in effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings

• Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

• Ability to calculate rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs

• Capability to apply common sense to detailed written or oral instructions with minimal oversight

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential

• Experience with BKFS MSP or Sagent and/or training in Escrow Analysis, Tax, Hazard Insurance, and MIP/PMI is preferred

• Prior experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, and Sagent is preferred
