Escrow Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide consultation and advice to Escrow Officers on unique transaction circumstances, structuring, documentation, and relevant guidelines.

• Keep up-to-date with new legislation, market trends, and escrow-related issues to offer informed guidance and consultation.

• Review and evaluate reports, summarize findings, identify trends, and ensure management is kept informed.

• Detect training or guideline deficiencies based on interactions with escrow staff.

• Collaborate with training personnel to coordinate training sessions.

• Conduct audits of training programs and suggest enhancements.

• Perform audits on escrow files or oversee and manage escrow audit programs across various states.

• Engage in special projects, including regulatory inquiries, requests for legal documentation, office closures, and the analysis of statistical reports from FAST and other systems.

• Serve as the FACC Subject Matter Expert/Liaison, report changes in rates, test new rates, and oversee fix requests.

• Manage FACC Override Reports and distribute them while reviewing with escrow administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is essential.

• Some college education is preferred.

• 5-7 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or in related roles.

• Familiarity with various types of escrows including commercial, bulk, mobile home, and new home/subdivision escrows.

• Knowledge of FAST is preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Proficient in professional communication, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong skills in MS Office applications.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and a proactive initiator.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and responding swiftly to urgent issues.
