ERP/.Net Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish integration patterns, data flows, and technical standards for ERP customization.

• Design, develop, and tailor ERP modules, features, workflows, scripts, and reports utilizing .NET/C#, SQL, and associated technologies.

• Create and sustain integrations between ERP systems and business applications.

• Convert client and business requirements into technical specifications and ERP solutions.

• Act as a technical liaison for clients and business stakeholders.

• Facilitate requirements discussions, clarify technical concepts, and deliver product and solution demonstrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, including ERP upgrades and migrations.

• Test and troubleshoot solutions for reliability, performance, and quality assurance.

• Estimate development timelines, resources, costs, and budgets.

• Identify project risks and dependencies.

• Maintain technical documentation, including system designs, workflows, and user manuals.

• Ensure ERP solutions comply with security and regulatory standards.

• Assess ERP performance and discover optimization opportunities.

• Stay updated on ERP technologies and development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of relevant experience.

• A degree in a related discipline.

• Proficient hands-on experience with .NET/C# and SQL.

• Practical experience in ERP development and customization.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

• Deltek experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience with Java and Python.

• Proficiency in JavaScript.

• Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL tools, and ERP data exchange.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Strong understanding of database management systems and ERP architecture.

• Capability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process enhancements.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable leading requirements discussions and product or solution demonstrations.

• Competence in translating client needs into technical specifications.

• Detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.

• Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion and collaborate with technical teams.

• Willingness to contribute to technical best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
