ERP Systems Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide functional assistance for Sales, Billing, and Order-to-Cash processes that are supported by SAP.

• Ensure the stability and availability of essential business processes.

• Conduct root cause analyses and suggest measures to mitigate recurring incidents.

• Configure, parameterize, and support the functionalities of the SAP SD module.

• Facilitate integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules, particularly FI and MM.

• Collect requirements from business areas and recommend solutions that align with best practices.

• Create functional and technical documentation.

• Execute and assist with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Address critical incidents and provide support post-implementation.

• Engage in War Rooms, month-end closings, and significant operating periods.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP SD.

• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

• Proven experience in delivering functional support and maintaining enterprise SAP environments.

• Background in billing, sales, and distribution.

• Familiarity with integrations between SAP SD, FI, and MM.

• Experience in analyzing and resolving incidents in production settings.

• Proficient with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
