
ERP Solutions Analyst β UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
β’ Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Boomi integrations linking UKG with Workday, Oracle HCM/ERP, payroll, HR, identity management, and various enterprise systems.
β’ Develop and improve UKG Pro integrations, which include Person Imports, payroll exports, custom interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs, DataHub processes, SFTP transfers, and TelePunch.
β’ Assist with UKG interface management, covering CRT management, DataViews, reporting solutions, BIRT Studio/Desktop reports, and DataHub reporting.
β’ Set up, maintain, and support UKG clocks along with associated time-collection technologies.
β’ Offer both functional and technical assistance for UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling, encompassing configuration, customization, reporting, integrations, and resolving Transaction Assistant errors.
β’ Engage in implementations and enhancements by conducting requirements analysis, designing solutions, data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
β’ Oversee integrations, scheduled processes, interfaces, and data exchanges; investigate and resolve production incidents and data transfer challenges.
β’ Maintain Boomi and UKG environments while supporting quarterly UKG upgrades and system testing.
β’ Contribute to ensuring accurate payroll processing, dependable workforce reporting, and timely access to staffing information for managers.
β’ Evaluate and address issues that may impact staffing, payroll, compliance, hospital operations, and patient care delivery.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing and supporting Boomi integrations for UKG Pro.
β’ Project management experience is essential.
β’ Proven understanding of project management methodologies and system analysis.
β’ Strong knowledge of UKG REST and SOAP APIs, UKG Pro WFM, DataHub, reporting tools, and SFTP processes.
β’ Functional expertise in UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules.
β’ Experience in supporting integrations with Oracle ERP/HCM, Workday, payroll, HR, identity management, and downstream systems.
β’ Background in production support, incident resolution, system testing, upgrades, and post-go-live maintenance.
β’ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration abilities.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
