ERP Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Research and identify client objectives, operational requirements, and challenges to develop suitable financial software solutions.

• Showcase how enterprise finance and ERP solutions address intricate client business issues and highlight market differentiators.

• Assist in sales enablement initiatives, which include crafting business cases, conducting discovery sessions, responding to RFPs and ITTs, and preparing demo environments.

• Conduct public and client-oriented webinars, on-site demonstrations, and solution presentations.

• Serve as the client's advocate throughout the sales process, offering constructive feedback and ensuring that solution proposals align with client needs.

• Collaborate with Professional Services teams to facilitate seamless account transitions and engage with the broader software partner ecosystem.

• Relay client engagement insights to Product Development and Professional Services teams to aid in ongoing solution improvements.

• Perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with ERP software solutions, preferably in a SaaS context.

• Solid understanding of finance modules within ERP frameworks or top-tier enterprise finance software.

• Comprehensive practical expertise in finance systems.

• Proven trusted-advisor approach, enabling the guidance of clients and internal teams with assurance.

• Ability to convey complex or technical information clearly and simply to senior stakeholders.

• Excellent written, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to perform under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities.

• Candidates must reside in South Africa and be able to work during United Kingdom business hours.

• Familiarity with Unit4 solutions, particularly Unit4 ERP, is desirable.

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / SaaS Finance software.

• Knowledge of Unit4 ERP is desirable.
