ERP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define or clarify objectives, scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes

• Coordinate stakeholders, delivery teams, resources, dependencies, risks, and decisions

• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, project plans, status reports, and governance artifacts

• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, reviews, and discussions for issue resolution

• Monitor progress and utilize feedback, delivery metrics, and lessons learned to enhance outcomes

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to establish requirements, prioritize results, and execute projects or products

• Implement Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies throughout the project lifecycle

• Engage with cross-functional teams to foster reliable and maintainable solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience in a relevant professional role

• Hands-on experience with Agile or hybrid delivery, including planning, scope, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and reporting

• Background in product, project, business analysis, or delivery disciplines pertinent to this position

• Capability to gather requirements, set priorities, and convey decisions effectively

• Experience in coordinating stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managing competing dependencies

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project delivery methodologies

• Strong skills in planning, analysis, facilitation, and written communication

• Ability to manage risks, issues, and changes while keeping a focus on business outcomes
