ERP Oracle Cloud Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for strategic ERP Cloud transformation initiatives for significant national and international organizations.

• Establish the comprehensive strategy for Oracle Cloud ERP programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological selections.

• Direct program governance and assist executive sponsors in their decision-making processes.

• Manage planning, budget oversight, risk assessment, quality control, and contractual obligations.

• Coordinate all stakeholders, ranging from business teams to partners and software vendors.

• Support project teams throughout the entire program lifecycle, from design to the solution's go-live phase.

• Contribute to the growth of the Oracle Cloud business through presales activities, responses to RFPs, and the advancement of service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten years of experience in leading complex ERP programs, including several years with Oracle Cloud.

• Experience working in international settings.

• Fluent communication skills in both French and English.

• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.

• Solid understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Human Resources processes.

• Established expertise in governance, budget management, risk management, and business transformation.

• Capability to unite and lead multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in building trusted relationships with senior executives and members of the Executive Committee.
