ERP Functional Specialist

📋 Description

• Delivers cross-functional assistance for ERP implementation initiatives

• Performs analysis of business processes

• Offers user support

• Aids in data validation

• Collaborates with integrator and JPMO teams

• Supports various workstreams as necessary during peak periods

• Helps identify issues, triage them, and coordinate resolutions

• Provides user assistance and guidance throughout testing, training, and post-go-live phases

• Aids in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting tasks

• Supports documentation, requirements clarification, and ad hoc analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to secure a Public Trust clearance

• 3-10 years of experience as an ERP business analyst

• Assist in analyzing business processes and system functionalities across ERP modules (e.g., finance, procurement, asset management)

• Support the identification of issues, triage, and coordination of resolutions

• Provide user support and guidance during testing, training, and post-go-live phases

• Aid in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders, integrator teams, and JPMO to ensure alignment with implementation activities

• Assist in documentation, requirements clarification, and ad hoc analysis
