ERP Data Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of the data workstream within a SAP S4 Public cloud setting.

• Ensure that data workstream activities are executed on schedule, within financial constraints, and meet the necessary quality benchmarks.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Identify and handle risks, issues, and modifications throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate across related project workstreams to ensure a cohesive solution.

• Serve as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Conduct regular status meetings and relay progress, risks, and milestones.

• Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, consultants, and testers.

• Provide direction on roles, responsibilities, and timelines.

• Ensure that the implementation and configuration of ERP components support data migration.

• Coordinate mock and cutover activities with other workstream leaders.

• Supervise data migration, integration efforts, and system upgrades.

• Generate project documentation, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.

• Monitor project metrics, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Track project expenses and oversee the project budget.

• Manage external vendors and contracts associated with the data workstream.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience overseeing data components of complex ERP or CRM implementations.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP projects, ideally within SAP S4 Public Cloud.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Experience managing both on-premises and cloud-based implementations.

• Profound understanding of SAP Ecosystem components (S4, Ariba, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, SAC).

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Ability to manage scope, scheduling, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work under pressure, resolve issues, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

• A Master’s degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
