ERP Business Applications Manager – Manufacturing & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as a link between the business and IT, ensuring that the ERP and corporate applications support the company's strategic objectives.

• Coordinate and manage activities related to the ERP, ensuring smooth communication between users, departments, and corporate teams.

• Lead or participate in projects for the implementation, improvement, and evolution of ERP functionalities.

• Provide advanced user support and resolve complex functional and technical issues.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into efficient solutions within the ERP ecosystem.

• Coordinate the management of business applications such as billing tools, demand planning, and operations support systems.

• Collaborate in defining and governing the corporate Master Data.

• Drive the creation of indicators and KPIs for data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure high-quality documentation that facilitates knowledge management and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing, supporting, or evolving ERP systems.

• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, and Record to Report.

• Experience leading implementation or improvement projects for ERP solutions.

• Ability to act as a liaison between business areas and technology teams.

• Strong knowledge of IT architecture, enterprise applications, and current technologies such as Cloud, AI, and corporate digital solutions.

• Experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

• Knowledge of project management under Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.

• Minimum English proficiency level of B2.

• Profile with business vision, ability to influence, effective communication, and results orientation.
