ERP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the maintenance and operation of the educational ERP system, helping to analyze and resolve functional requests;

• Carry out basic system configurations and support the validation of more intricate configurations;

• Evaluate pre-screened requests, comprehend the issue, and determine the most effective way to resolve it;

• Record and monitor support cases and activities utilizing the team’s tools;

• Conduct tests and validations, documenting evidence and results;

• Aid in gathering and understanding client requirements and needs;

• Help in the preparation and updating of manuals, procedures, and documentation;

• Execute basic database queries using SQL, particularly SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN;

• Provide support for functional training and guidance as independence develops;

• Collaborate with the squad lead as well as Mid-Level and Senior professionals;

• Spot opportunities to enhance processes, configurations, and documentation;

• Utilize ChatGPT, Copilot, and other AI and automation resources for analysis, documentation, and productivity;

• Persistently expand technical and business knowledge pertinent to the ERP and the Education sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher education qualification;

• Experience in supporting or maintaining ERP systems;

• Proficiency in SQL, particularly commands like SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN;

• Experience in analyzing and managing system-related requests;

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;

• Familiarity with the Lyceum ERP is an advantage;

• Prior experience at companies or on projects within the Education sector is a bonus;

• Understanding of academic or administrative processes at educational institutions is beneficial;

• Experience with ticketing and request management tools such as Trello, Zendesk, Jira, Redmine, or similar platforms is advantageous;

• Familiarity with documentation and process management tools is a plus;

• Knowledge of or experience with AI and automation tools is a bonus;

• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively.
