Equipment Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a vision and strategy for the Equipment Solutions Team.

• Drive performance excellence by mentoring team members on efficiency and effectiveness.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with national clients.

• Supervise and confirm equipment selections, including size, configuration, voltage, and options.

• Assess plans, specifications, and estimates.

• Analyze potential cost savings and challenges related to projects.

• Confirm project scope by examining transition documents and plans.

• Assist the sales team by creating preliminary and final submittals.

• Ensure that equipment is ready for order entry and that pricing is confirmed.

• Reconcile job costs to ensure project profitability.

• Manage and optimize fulfillment processes to accommodate growth in order volume and delivery expectations.

• Oversee the equipment aspect of select projects from selection through to project completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least two (2) years of experience in the HVAC industry in roles related to project management or estimating; or a combination of five (5) years of education and work experience.

• Strong understanding of HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls is preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop a team in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

• Willingness to work outside of standard hours as necessary.

• A valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations is required.
