This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Deliver repair services for equipment located in practitioners' offices under the guidance of a Lead Technician or Project Coordinator.
• Offer basic installation services as necessary.
• Execute on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities under supervision.
• Diagnose technical issues, identify errors, and devise solutions.
• Make suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain suitable inventory levels in the service vehicle.
• Generate prompt and comprehensive service reports.
• Relay assignment progress to team members and HUB dispatchers.
• Complete and review work orders with clients, close them daily, and submit them for billing purposes.
• Submit FDA forms, expense reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Adhere to Fleet Management Policy, including maintenance and accident management protocols.
• Engage in special projects and carry out other assigned duties.
• Generally, 2 or more years of field service experience with proven expertise.
• Basic mechanical knowledge coupled with a background in customer service.
• Fundamental troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Capability to maneuver large equipment.
• Ability to perform significant and/or repetitive bending, stooping, lifting, and climbing ladders.
• Must adhere to OSHA regulations and utilize personal protective equipment when required.
• Typically, a high school diploma, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training are preferred; an associate degree or technical school certification is highly desired.
