Epic Radiant Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver day-to-day leadership and guidance for an Epic Radiant team.

• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for intricate Radiant issues.

• Organize and prioritize the team's workload, projects, enhancements, and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and IT leaders to convert needs into effective Epic solutions.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to analysts while ensuring accountability and progress.

• Assist in planning, designing, building, testing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining activities within Epic Radiant.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and drive issues toward resolution.

• Guarantee that work is delivered with high quality and aligns with organizational standards and priorities.

• Communicate updates, priorities, and challenges to stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Epic Radiant certification.

• Extensive hands-on experience in supporting, implementing, and/or optimizing Epic Radiant.

• Prior experience as a team lead, application lead, or senior-level Radiant analyst responsible for guiding others' work.

• Strong comprehension of radiology workflows and the operational processes supported by Epic Radiant.

• Ability to quickly evaluate an existing environment, foster relationships, and provide leadership with minimal ramp-up time.

• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a complex healthcare setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to independently drive work forward.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborative and adaptable approach, with a willingness to remain hands-on when needed.

• Consulting experience is advantageous.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
