Epic ASAP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve daily Epic ASAP ServiceNow tickets promptly and comprehensively.

• Assist with Epic upgrades occurring every 3–4 months, which includes testing, validation, and documentation.

• Contribute to enhancements and quality-of-life improvements within the Epic ASAP environment.

• Support module enhancement projects as the organization moves from optimization to sustainment.

• Analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues and workflow gaps in Epic ASAP.

• Document resolutions to issues, configuration choices, and outcomes of enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from the emergency department, clinical teams, and technical areas to address ED workflow requirements.

• Identify ongoing improvement opportunities within the ASAP environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Epic ASAP certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as an Epic ASAP analyst.

• Experience in supporting a live Epic environment in either an optimization or sustainment role.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for tracking and resolving issues.

• Strong comprehension of emergency department workflows, including triage, tracking boards, orders, and dispositions.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote setting.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting Epic upgrades and module enhancements in a post-live context.

• Preferred: Experience in Epic optimization and sustainment initiatives.

• Preferred: Familiarity with ED throughput, patient flow, and capacity management workflows.

• Preferred: Background in consulting or contract support roles.

• Preferred: Excellent documentation and communication skills for both clinical and technical audiences.
