EPC Document Control Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Design and implement systems to effectively manage and secure documentation related to projects, such as vendor documents, drawings, construction records, and quality assurance documentation.

• Create and apply cost-effective strategies for managing project information.

• Coordinate the assembly, reproduction, revision control, and submission of the final EPC document collections.

• Receive or obtain vendor and customer documents in formats specified by the customer.

• Collect, scan, and upload documents in accordance with established procedures.

• Assemble documents following provided instructions.

• Upload documentation into the Customer Document Management System.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager.

• Engage with customers and vendors to streamline processes, procedures, and documentation while ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Document Control, ideally with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.

• A team player who is self-motivated.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of accuracy in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and reading comprehension.

• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.

• Preferred candidate should be located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST), ideally within a reasonable commuting distance from Cincinnati, OH.
