This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Supervise the effectiveness of key programs and/or projects to meet both internal and client-oriented KPIs
• Serve as a point of escalation for project-related issues and propose performance enhancements
• Lead financial forecasting, working capital performance, cash flow management, and project execution practices
• Ensure adherence to AECOM’s delivery, quality, pricing, and risk-approval protocols
• Maintain precise workload planning, Salesforce pipeline, and comprehensive forecasting data
• Enhance program performance, client satisfaction, governance, risk management, and KPI achievement
• Formulate solutions to client challenges and engage in project dashboard evaluations and in-depth analyses
• Integrate digital tools and global Enterprise Capabilities into project execution
• Manage high-caliber client projects and foster process improvements
• Share people-management responsibilities for roughly 125 department personnel
• Cultivate relationships across a varied, multi-sector client portfolio and address major challenges
• Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, training, and performance assessments for project managers and team members
• Create succession plans and advise on recruiting essential personnel
• Collaborate with account, practice-area, and business-line leaders to expand profitable backlog
• Formulate business-development budgets and lead capture strategies for significant pursuits and major projects
• Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of relevant experience or a proven equivalency of experience and/or education
• US citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory
• Sponsorship is not available currently or in the future
• May be required to undergo pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record Screening and Background check
• Preferred: More than 15 years of related experience, including at least 8 years in operations management, Profit & Loss, and personnel management
• Extensive knowledge and a successful track record in environmental/remediation consulting
• Familiarity with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions
• Experienced as a people manager and team builder
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
