This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the performance of key programs and/or projects to meet both internal and client-facing KPIs.
• Serve as a point of escalation for project-related issues and suggest improvements for performance.
• Assist in financial forecasting, cash flow monitoring, working capital performance, and business planning.
• Promote consistent project management practices in line with AECOM PDS and QMS standards.
• Ensure accurate workload planning, pricing guidance, risk approval, Salesforce pipeline management, and forecast data integrity.
• Enhance program performance, client satisfaction, risk management, and resolution of client concerns.
• Engage in project dashboard reviews and in-depth analyses to pinpoint issues and enhance performance.
• Encourage the adoption of digital tools and incorporate Enterprise Capabilities into project execution.
• Manage high-quality client projects while developing program and process enhancements.
• Share people-management duties for approximately 125 staff members within the department.
• Cultivate relationships across a diverse, multi-sector client portfolio and address significant issues.
• Assist with project manager feedback, succession planning, recruitment, training, mentoring, coaching, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with client account, practice area, and business line leaders to expand profitable backlog.
• Formulate business development budgets and lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or proven equivalency of experience and/or education.
• US citizenship or permanent residency is required.
• Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• May be subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record Screening and Background check.
• Preferred: 15+ years of related experience, including 8+ years in operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management.
• Strong knowledge and proven track record in environmental/remediation consulting, including risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions.
• Experienced in people management and team building.
