Entry-Level PDR Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +39 more states.

📋 Description

• Travel to client sites or work at designated locations to fix minor dents and dings on various vehicles utilizing Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR technique.

• Review completed work with clients.

• Inspect lots, generate work orders, and negotiate approvals.

• Foster customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard's services.

• Participate in paid hands-on and classroom training.

• Transition from hourly training compensation to a structured hourly and commission pay as you establish a customer base.

• No previous experience necessary.

• A positive attitude and skill with hand tools.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Self-driven with the capability to work independently.

• Willingness to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.

• Manual dexterity for tasks requiring repetitive motion.

• Physical endurance to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Capability to complete necessary post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may encompass physical examinations, vision assessments, background checks, and drug screenings.
