This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing inquiries.
• Provide support for customer service, technical assistance, and sales interactions.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly across the nation.
• Address customer concerns and resolve basic technical issues.
• Foster strong customer relationships while representing well-known brands.
• Utilize systems and technologies to perform account management tasks.
• Identify sales opportunities and leverage sales skills to upgrade products and services.
• Articulate and position products and processes effectively for customers.
• Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the management team.
• Ensure first-call resolution through adept problem-solving and call management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.
• Skill in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer service orientation (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and self-manage.
• Strong team orientation and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment characterized by change and ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Must agree to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.
• Must consent to drug screening; this requirement does not apply in Canada.
