Entry-Level Carpenter – Retail Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Install retail fixtures, displays, décor packages, and millwork.

• Install wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories.

• Assist with framing, drywall, rough carpentry, and interior finishes.

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials.

• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Learn to interpret plans, layouts, and project drawings.

• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.

• Support project teams in active retail environments.

• Collaborate with experienced carpenters and foremen on retail construction projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or a related trade is preferred.

• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.

• Eagerness to learn carpentry and construction techniques.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• Willingness to travel to project locations and stay up to 2 weeks at a time, as required by project schedules.
