Entry-Level Carpenter – Retail Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Install retail fixtures, displays, décor packages, and millwork.

• Set up wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories.

• Assist with framing, drywall, rough carpentry, and interior finishes.

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install various construction materials.

• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

• Acquire skills to read plans, layouts, and project drawings.

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.

• Provide support to project teams in active retail settings.

• Collaborate with experienced carpenters and foremen on retail construction projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or a related trade.

• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.

• Eagerness to learn carpentry and construction techniques.

• Strong work ethic accompanied by a positive attitude.

• Dependable and punctual in attendance.

• Capability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.

• Reliable means of transportation.

• Willingness to travel to project sites and stay for up to 2 weeks as project timelines necessitate.

• Commitment to safety on the job site and delivering quality workmanship.
