Entry-Level Carpenter – Retail Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with seasoned carpenters and foremen on retail construction projects.

• Install retail fixtures, displays, décor packages, and millwork.

• Set up wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories.

• Assist with framing, drywall installation, rough carpentry, and interior finishes.

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials.

• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.

• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Learn to interpret plans, layouts, and project drawings.

• Safely utilize hand tools and power tools.

• Support project teams in active retail settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or a related trade.

• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.

• Eagerness to learn carpentry and construction techniques.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team.

• Reliable transportation.

• Capacity to travel to project sites and stay for up to 2 weeks, as project timelines necessitate.
