This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in discussions with customers and prospects during pre-sales to gain insights into their operational workflows.
• Travel to customer locations for discovery sessions, workflow mapping, operational walkthroughs, pilot assistance, readouts, and go-live initiatives.
• Analyze and document both current-state and future-state processes.
• Convert customer workflows into configurations on the PackageX platform.
• Set up workflows, rules, forms, logic, automations, and solution components within the platform.
• Assist in discovery, solution design, demonstrations, pilot programs, and technical validation.
• Facilitate the implementation of pilots and customer rollouts from initial design to go-live.
• Act as a technical liaison for customers during solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
• Conduct testing of workflows prior to customer deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve configuration, workflow, data, integration, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with implementation leaders to enhance post-sales execution and handoffs.
• Work alongside product, engineering, and AI teams to pinpoint reusable patterns within the platform.
• Record workflow requirements, assumptions, dependencies, configuration logic, and implementation choices.
• Identify discrepancies between customer expectations and existing platform capabilities.
• Assist in determining what should be configured, automated, productized, escalated, or addressed manually.
• Support strategic accounts that require in-depth workflow analysis and hands-on solution development.
• Contribute to the creation of repeatable workflow playbooks tailored to specific industries and use cases.
• 5–8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, enterprise implementation, workflow design, technical consulting, field deployment, product consulting, business systems consulting, or hands-on solution engineering.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients.
• Background in configuring or implementing enterprise software platforms.
• Experience in supporting customers from solution design through to go-live.
• Strong grasp of operational workflows, systems, data flows, integrations, and implementation dependencies.
• Proficient with APIs, integrations, enterprise systems, configuration logic, workflow automation, and technical documentation.
• Capable of understanding customer operations and translating them into effective system or workflow designs.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable conducting on-site visits for discovery, workflow mapping, readouts, pilots, and go-live support.
• Adaptable in uncertain environments.
• Skilled at structuring disorganized customer requirements.
• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, and physical operations.
