This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish, implement, and lead an enterprise PMO, encompassing governance, operating models, methodologies, standards, tools, reporting, KPIs, and delivery processes.
β’ Promote accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.
β’ Provide executive leadership across various enterprise transformation programs that align with corporate strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
β’ Develop enterprise portfolio governance, which includes executive steering committees, project intake, prioritization, stage gates, decision rights, and operational rhythms.
β’ Lead initiatives focused on enterprise process engineering and business process optimization.
β’ Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives that cover O2C, ERP implementation, finance, operations, customer service, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, asset management, and supporting business functions.
β’ Create and implement enterprise organizational change strategies, incorporating executive communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, training, user adoption, and reinforcement of change.
β’ Establish executive dashboards, portfolio KPIs, financial reporting, and metrics for transformation health.
β’ Monitor budgets, schedules, scope, dependencies, enterprise risks, issues, and resource utilization while proactively driving mitigation efforts.
β’ Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, Steering Committee updates, and strategic communications.
β’ Institutionalize PMO governance, methodologies, templates, standards, and best practices.
β’ Develop and implement a structured transition plan that includes documentation, knowledge transfer, coaching, and operational readiness to facilitate client ownership of the PMO.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, and/or PMO leadership, specifically leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
β’ Proven track record of establishing and operationalizing enterprise PMOs from inception.
β’ Demonstrated leadership in enterprise-wide transformation programs involving multiple business units, executive stakeholders, and technology initiatives.
β’ Experience within an Integration Management Office (IMO), mergers and acquisitions, enterprise integrations, or other strategic transformation environments is strongly preferred.
β’ Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives within the Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
β’ Extensive expertise in process engineering, operational excellence, business process optimization, and enterprise transformation.
β’ Proven leadership in Organizational Change Management, including executive communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, training, and user adoption.
β’ Exceptional executive presence along with strong business acumen, facilitation, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Capability to excel in a highly visible, fast-paced environment marked by ambiguity, competing priorities, aggressive timelines, and multiple simultaneous strategic initiatives.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
β’ Experience in SOX-compliant or regulated environments is preferred.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ A Master's degree (MBA or related field) is preferred.
β’ PMP certification is strongly preferred.
β’ Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or related are highly desirable.
β’ Must be able to work Central Time hours.
β’ Must have full authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship or transfer.
