Enterprise Technology Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Provide support for enterprise infrastructure, endpoint management, cloud services, identity management, and operational technology projects across Crest.

• Assist in the deployment and lifecycle management of endpoints.

• Support activities related to Active Directory and identity administration.

• Engage in infrastructure projects and system upgrades.

• Aid in cloud administration and migration tasks.

• Contribute to endpoint security and compliance initiatives.

• Create operational dashboards and reporting tools.

• Assist with asset and configuration management activities.

• Participate in troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis.

• Support automation projects utilizing PowerShell and the Power Platform.

• Document technical procedures and operational standards.

• Gain practical experience in enterprise systems administration, cloud operations, infrastructure management, identity and access management, automation and scripting, endpoint lifecycle management, IT service operations, and enterprise technology governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.

• Familiarity with operating systems and fundamental networking concepts.

• Genuine interest in infrastructure and cloud technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Eagerness to learn about enterprise technology operations.
