This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete technical architecture for enterprise WMS implementations and transformation projects.
• Design integration solutions between Blue Yonder WMS and customer technology environments, including ERP, OMS, TMS, LMS, automation, and partner systems.
• Develop best-practice strategies for integration, cloud solutions, security, and scalability.
• Act as the technical authority throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to go-live.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, technical workshops, and governance discussions with customer stakeholders.
• Define and confirm requirements for performance, availability, security, resiliency, and scalability.
• Recognize technical risks and formulate resolution strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Solution Architects, Delivery teams, Product Engineering, and customer IT leadership to maintain alignment on business and technical goals.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to Blue Yonder implementation standards, technical innovation, and delivery excellence.
• Assist with solution assessments, estimations, and strategic opportunities for customer growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• 5+ years of practical experience implementing or architecting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical architecture for enterprise-scale WMS implementations across various sites, regions, or business units.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain execution processes, and WMS business workflows.
• Experience in designing enterprise integrations using APIs, EDI, messaging technologies, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-based and hybrid deployment models.
• Understanding of application security, identity management, performance optimization, resiliency, and scalability principles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, executive stakeholders, and customer leadership.
• Experience in facilitating architecture reviews, technical governance, and solution design workshops.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Preferred: 10+ years of experience in supply chain software consulting.
• Preferred: Extensive expertise with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management and related Blue Yonder Execution solutions.
• Preferred: Experience integrating WMS with automation systems, robotics platforms, material handling equipment, and warehouse control systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Blue Yonder Platform, AI-driven capabilities, and emerging supply chain technologies.
• Preferred: Experience with Azure, AWS, or other enterprise cloud environments.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Transportation Management, Order Management, Labor Management, or Warehouse Automation solutions.
• Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Preferred: Architecture certifications, cloud certifications, or other relevant technical credentials.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
