This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and serve as a tactical liaison.
• Advocate for effective communication and coordination.
• Monitor the progress of priority initiatives and roadmaps.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customers' workflows, business processes, policies, and procedures.
• Engage with users to comprehend how they interact with technology.
• Deliver technical program management services.
• Conduct regular account reviews.
• Set program milestones, foster alignment towards a unified vision, and achieve business and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate communications to synchronize stakeholders and address issues and project constraints.
• Define and articulate program charters, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
• Ensure clarity, alignment, and focus on priority initiatives.
• Create and update business and technical documentation for planning and reporting purposes.
• Develop and sustain in-depth functional knowledge of clients' business operations, goals, technical challenges, and essential infrastructure.
• Engage in significant customer immersion and team integration, including on-site presence when feasible.
• Participate in executive and senior leadership planning as well as client progress meetings.
• Offer guidance and technology recommendations based on anticipated business needs.
• Collaborate with project, security, network, and service delivery teams to align with prioritized objectives.
• Schedule and lead technical business discussions that align with technology drivers and internal initiatives.
• Review business and technology trends and suggest platform solutions.
• Evaluate business risks and opportunities within IT environments and propose technical solutions along with mitigation strategies.
• Assist in account technical due diligence, cyber insurance compliance, and vendor selection processes.
• Align products and services with customer business goals, objectives, and technology strategies.
• Provide insights to help reduce risks associated with platform products and services.
• Aid in the readiness for new technology and solution environments.
• Support budget forecasting and prepare financial cost analysis reports and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree with a record of academic achievement or equivalent military experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in account management or project management within a client-facing role.
• Driven by goals and objectives.
• Proficient in solution sales and technology.
• Exceptional grammar and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in developing professional relationships, overcoming objections, and maintaining a persuasive demeanor both in person and via phone.
