Enterprise Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and sales engagement systems as an integrated GTM system.

• Interpret business requests into core issues, suggest alternatives, clarify trade-offs, and identify suitable solutions.

• Eliminate repetitive manual tasks through automation or self-service tools.

• Develop automations, small tools, and integrations using sustainable methods.

• Ensure a streamlined and reliable data model while upholding data quality at the point of entry.

• Maintain dependable integrations using native connectors or custom APIs, including error handling and monitoring.

• Keep consistency between sandbox and production environments.

• Collaborate with the internal engineering team as needed.

• Utilize AI tools to build, troubleshoot issues, and expedite routine tasks.

• Provide support during EMEA hours for the GTM stack and identify further improvements.

• Document modifications and adhere to change management protocols from sandbox to production.

• Work with Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, and Ringlead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including advanced Flow, data, and security models.

• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.

• Practical knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.

• Proven history of automating manual processes or implementing self-service solutions, with documented before-and-after scenarios.

• Systems thinking capability and sound judgment regarding the placement of logic and data across interconnected systems.

• Understanding of the lead-to-quote-to-close process and marketing funnel, including lead lifecycle and attribution.

• Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools on a daily basis.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to respectfully decline requests when necessary.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users and engineers.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
