Enterprise Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools, ensuring they function as a cohesive GTM system.

• Translate business inquiries into fundamental issues, propose various options, clarify trade-offs, and identify suitable solutions.

• Eliminate repetitive manual tasks by implementing automation or self-service tools.

• Develop automations, small tools, and integrations using sustainable methodologies.

• Uphold a streamlined, reliable data model by phasing out unused fields and outdated workarounds.

• Ensure data quality at the points of data entry.

• Maintain dependable integrations via native connectors or custom integrations, accommodating API limits, error handling, monitoring, and consistent environments for sandbox and production.

• Collaborate with the internal engineering team as required.

• Utilize AI tools to construct, troubleshoot issues, and expedite routine tasks.

• Offer support during EMEA hours for the GTM stack and pinpoint future improvements based on support trends.

• Document modifications and adhere to change management protocols from sandbox to production.

• Engage with the specified sales and marketing technology stack, which includes Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, and Ringlead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including advanced Flow, data, and security models.

• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.

• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in scripting with Python or JavaScript.

• Proven history of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, including demonstrable before-and-after examples.

• Systems thinking capability across interconnected systems.

• Understanding of the lead-to-quote-to-close process and the marketing funnel, encompassing lead lifecycle and attribution.

• Comfortable utilizing AI coding and automation tools on a daily basis.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate reasons for pushing back on requests.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business users and engineers.

• Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
