This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Foster organizational flexibility and drive business expansion by aligning functional execution with overarching corporate strategy.
• Allocate 50% of your time to the development, management, and optimization of databases, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint ecosystems.
• Dedicate 50% of your time to strategic planning, which includes setting corporate objectives, conducting market and competitive analysis, financial forecasting, corporate development, and establishing enterprise-wide risk frameworks.
• Organize, query, and uphold core databases to guarantee data lakehouse integrity, enhance query performance, and ensure reliable access.
• Connect to Databricks environments for the design, construction, and deployment of automated data models and interactive corporate dashboards in Power BI.
• Administer, configure, and tailor SharePoint infrastructure, document libraries, access permissions, and intranet workflows.
• Integrate enterprise data from core databases into Power BI, SharePoint, and front-end reporting layers.
• Transform long-term corporate visions into actionable strategic initiatives and execution roadmaps.
• Perform macroeconomic, industry trend, and competitor analyses.
• Develop financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and growth forecasts.
• Create enterprise-wide risk assessment frameworks and operational structures.
• Prepare business cases, strategic briefs, and presentations for executive decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, along with 5+ years of combined experience in corporate strategy/development and enterprise data environments.
• Alternatively, possess an Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, with 3+ years of combined experience in corporate strategy/development and enterprise data environments.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/PySpark.
• Mastery of Advanced DAX and Power Query.
• In-depth expertise in Power BI and contemporary SharePoint architecture.
• Experience with Databricks and Power BI enterprise data environments.
• Familiarity with classical strategy frameworks, including SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, and the Ansoff Matrix.
• Background in financial analysis.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
