Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct proofs-of-concept with prospective clients

• Assist customers during the onboarding process and suggest optimal practices for architectures and use cases

• Ensure that new clients are activated, satisfied, and their inquiries are addressed

• Act as a reliable technical advisor for both customers and business leaders

• Collaborate with account executives on demonstrations and exploratory calls

• Engage with customers daily to pinpoint workflow challenges and areas for product enhancement

• Comprehend customer requirements and offer insights for the product development roadmap

• Influence the direction of user experience and developer experience initiatives

• Organize webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders

• Enhance documentation and publicly available materials in response to customer feedback

• Foster technical success across an expanding customer base

• Shape both the short- and long-term product development roadmap

• Contribute to the establishment of future customer success and go-to-market teams and functions

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to clearly explain technical concepts

• High energy and a strong sense of ownership

• Openness to operate in uncertain environments

• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

• Familiarity with secret management tools or developer security platforms

• Comprehensive understanding of developer workflows and/or DevSecOps infrastructure

• Experience in a startup or rapidly scaling environment

• Engagement in developer communities or experience in public speaking

• Background in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or DevRel

• Experience supporting enterprise accounts and collaborating with technical stakeholders
