This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of the technical and operational aspects of enterprise sales cycles within Latin America.
• Conduct discovery sessions with customer engineering and operations teams.
• Establish integration strategies.
• Create demonstrations and pilot projects to validate the suggested solutions.
• Address architecture, data, and scalability issues prior to contract signing.
• Manage regional implementations, covering requirements, configuration, integration, operator training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders alongside Nash’s central engineering and specialist teams.
• Remain responsible for delivery performance until operations run smoothly without oversight.
• Develop relationships from the dispatch desk to executive sponsors.
• Conduct business reviews, success plans, and escalation pathways across regional accounts.
• Monitor adoption rates, delivery performance, and platform health.
• Spot underutilized or underperforming areas and suggest subsequent workstreams.
• Manage customer relationships, adoption, and renewals; this position does not carry a quota.
• Define the customer success model for Latin America, including onboarding sequences, health metrics, review formats, and escalation protocols.
• Adapt Nash’s global strategies to fit local carrier ecosystems, payment and addressing conventions, and delivery expectations.
• Document the operational model for future hires.
• Represent Latin America within Nash to guide product and engineering priorities.
• Identify carriers and workflows that necessitate integration or adaptation.
• Convert field observations into prioritized product requests.
• Report to international leadership while collaborating with central product and engineering teams.
• Travel frequently to customer locations and throughout the region.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or operations roles within SaaS, logistics, or marketplaces.
• Proven experience in delivering complex enterprise implementations or managing substantial accounts with commercial outcomes, such as renewals, expansions, or major deployments.
• Capability to lead discovery sessions with an engineering team.
• Proficiency in defining an integration approach.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues in production before escalating with relevant details.
• Understanding of delivery operations, including carrier ecosystems, addressing and payment standards, and operational conditions specific to last-mile delivery in Latin America.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
• Experience in establishing processes in environments lacking set procedures.
• Ability to communicate swiftly, clearly, and concisely.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and periodically throughout the region.
