Enterprise Solution Engineer – Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and analyze customer business challenges while facilitating targeted discovery sessions or workshops.

• Collaborate with business users to define, develop, and showcase solution prototypes.

• Create and deliver tailored demonstrations for clients, trade shows, and webinars.

• Effectively communicate the business value of the Sigma platform across all organizational levels.

• Provide product, technical, and security responses to RFPs/RFIs.

• Engage in product, sales, and relevant technology certifications.

• Contribute, learn, and share knowledge as an integral team member.

• Offer guidance on integration and data migration strategies during enterprise sales cycles.

• Handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Achieve quarterly and annual goals set by management.

• Act as a Sigma advocate and product authority.

• Work in collaboration with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Support, while aligning with Enterprise Regional Sales Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• In-depth understanding of database concepts.

• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

• ETL experience with tools like Fivetran, Matillion, or traditional ETL methods.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup setting.

• Proven experience in implementing production business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical and business experience.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

• Background in a SaaS company or familiarity with cloud architectures.

• Experience with data analytics business use cases.

• Previous experience in a startup environment.
