This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and implement Semperis' sales strategy for large enterprises in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
• Identify, advance, and finalize high-value, intricate enterprise deals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders in security, identity, infrastructure, and risk.
• Generate pipeline through direct prospect outreach, executive engagement, partner development, and market-making initiatives.
• Develop account strategies for both new logos and expansion opportunities.
• Foster relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with channel and alliance teams to enhance reach, influence, and coverage within the territory.
• Work in tandem with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel teams, BDRs, and Marketing.
• Conduct discovery sessions to align customer challenges and business risks with Semperis solutions.
• Utilize MEDDPICC for qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Represent Semperis at industry conferences, customer forums, and executive engagements.
• Position Semperis as a trusted partner in identity security and cyber resilience within the enterprise market.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within the cybersecurity or identity security sectors, or related technology solutions.
• Proven track record of selling to large enterprises and adeptly navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, identity security, or related cyber categories is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in securing complex enterprise deals, surpassing growth targets, and achieving consistent quota attainment over several years.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk domains.
• Strong skills in prospecting, market development, and territory planning.
• Capability to devise and implement account-based and territory-based strategies.
• Established technical and commercial credibility with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in articulating business value and justifying enterprise investments beyond mere product capabilities.
• Experience with structured enterprise sales methodologies; familiarity with MEDDPICC is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with channel and strategic partners.
• High degree of ownership and self-leadership, capable of thriving in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
• Clear, credible, and outcome-focused communication style with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Located in Tennessee, with readiness to travel as required to meet customers and partners across the territory.
