Enterprise Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for 0G's enterprise AI infrastructure solutions.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to grasp their technical needs, workflows, challenges, and barriers to adoption.

• Convert customer and business needs into precise product requirements, PRDs, and engineering priorities.

• Work closely with engineering teams on product architecture, project scope, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.

• Differentiate between unique customer requests and features that should evolve into scalable platform products.

• Coordinate with Business Development (BD) and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams on enterprise agreements, focusing on product feasibility, roadmap consistency, and solution positioning.

• Specify product requirements across various domains including compute, storage, APIs, networking, security, observability, billing, and usage management.

• Manage prioritization considering customer demand, engineering limitations, and long-term product vision.

• Lead products through all stages from discovery and initial development to launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.

• Establish and monitor product metrics such as adoption rates, utilization, performance, reliability, cost, and revenue impact.

• Perform competitive analysis in the realms of AI infrastructure, GPU cloud, storage, and developer infrastructure.

• Formulate pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies alongside business teams.

• Create feedback loops between enterprise customers, BD, and engineering departments.

• Represent the product in detailed technical discussions with customers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related field, preferably in developing technical B2B or enterprise products.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, compute, storage, databases, networking, developer platforms, or other technical products.

• Proven success in working closely with enterprise clients and transforming their needs into scalable product features.

• Demonstrated competence in collaborating with engineering teams on technically intricate products.

• Strong product judgment with the ability to prioritize competing customer, commercial, and engineering demands.

• Ability to discuss APIs, cloud architecture, and distributed systems comfortably with technical teams.

• Experience managing products from discovery and requirements gathering through to launch and iteration.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.

• Preferred: experience with GPU compute, AI training/inference infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, Kubernetes, storage, or distributed systems.

• Preferred: background in an AI infrastructure, cloud, database, or developer-infrastructure startup.

• Preferred: experience in building 0→1 enterprise infrastructure products.

• Preferred: knowledge of pricing, packaging, usage-based billing, or enterprise commercialization.

• Preferred: experience working directly with enterprise sales/BD on significant customer opportunities.
